It applies to registrations and purchases made through clapingo.com, learnai.clapingo.com, and related landings. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Free Clapingo Learn AI workshops
Clapingo Learn AI workshops and other sessions advertised as free are provided at no charge for the advertised workshop itself. Because no workshop fee is collected for that free session:
- There is no workshop fee to refund if you cancel, miss, or do not complete a free workshop.
- You may stop receiving operational WhatsApp/email reminders by following the opt-out in the message or by writing to support@clapingo.com.
- Cancelling a free workshop registration does not cancel any separately purchased paid product.
- If we cancel a free workshop and do not offer a reschedule, you are not entitled to a cash payment; we may offer an alternative session where reasonably possible.
If you were incorrectly charged for a session that was advertised as free, write to support@clapingo.com with the payment reference and we will review and reverse a verified erroneous charge.
2. Subscription payments
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable, except where a request is raised within 72 hours of subscribing as described in the Terms, or where a statutory right applies. This policy applies to subscription-based payments made for the use of our tools or services.
For Subscription plans, refund requests raised within 72 hours of subscribing (where eligible) will be initiated after deducting for the number of classes taken at the listed price and not the discounted purchased price. Promotional discounts and benefits shall be cancelled and deducted from the refund amount.
3. Candidate transfer
You may transfer your enrollment in a paid course to another person at least 48 hours before the course starts. The completion certificate will be issued only to the attending candidate.
4. Important notes
- Free workshop registrations have no workshop fee and therefore no workshop-fee refund.
- Batch changes and transfers for paid courses must be requested 48 hours before the course start date.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable except as stated above.
- Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank or gateway timelines are outside Clapingo's control.
